Thank you for choosing Raw Hair Guru, LLC! We go above and beyond to ensure you receive products you will love and can reuse. However, we understand that occasionally you may need to return an item. This policy outlines our guidelines for doing so.

  • Eligible Items:

    You may return or exchange unopened and unworn virgin hair weft bundle extensions within 14 days of receiving your order, excluding clearance and sale items. There are no refunds or exchanges on any custom orders. ( Raw Hair (Bleach Hair) are all custom made to order to guarantee it purest unprocessed quality to create you master pieces that last 7yrs+, our natural straight are always stocked/samples) Once finish you will view it before its shipped.

    Ineligible Items:

    • Clearance and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

    • Lace products (full lace wigs, lace closures, and lace frontals) are also final sale due to their delicate nature and cannot be returned, exchanged, or replaced. (We will show you the item before it leaves our factory) Please connect on whatsapp RawHairG.com

  • Bleaching Non RAW Hair Disclaimer: **While our affordable very good quality top virgin remy hairs can be bleached to 4-#30, we strongly recommend against it. Bleaching/chemical treatments on Virgin remy hair can damage the hair and cause it to become dry, brittle, and lose its natural luster. If you choose to bleach or chemically treat your hair, please do so at your own risk. RawHairGuru, LLC will not be responsible for any damage caused by bleaching or chemical treatments, and we will not accept returns or exchanges for hair that has been chemically altered in this way.

    Return Process:

    1. Contact Us: Before returning your item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order on WhatsApp Rawhairg.com or emailing sales@rawhairg.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue with video/pictures.

    2. Ship Your Return: Securely pack the unopened and unworn item(s) in the original packaging (if possible). Include the ship the package to the address provided using a traceable postal carrier with a signature confirmation.

    Important Notes:

    • You are responsible for all return shipping costs.

    • We are not responsible for lost items in transit.

    • Upon receiving There are no refunds or exchanges on custom orders or tampered with items.. and inspecting your return, we will issue a store credit to your account, minus a $35 restocking fee.

    • Store credit expires after 60 days and cannot be redeemed for cash.

    • Orders placed with store credit will not be eligible for additional promotions.
