Return Window

You may return most unopened and unused items within 30 days of the original delivery date for a full/partial refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

• Unopened and Unused:

  • Hair extensions must be in their original, unopened packaging.

  • Hair must not be altered in any way (e.g., cut, colored, styled, washed).

  • Wig caps, closures, frontals, and other hair accessories must be unused and in their original packaging.

• Hygiene: Due to hygiene concerns, we cannot accept returns on: Used hair extensions or wigs Opened or used hair care products (shampoos, conditioners, etc.) * Hair accessories that have come into contact with the hair or scalp

Return Process

1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order:

   • Return Email: info@rawhairguru.com

2. Obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number: We will provide you with a unique RA number.

3. Ship the Item Back:

   • Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

   • Include the RA number on the return shipping label.

   • Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

4. Receive Your Refund:

   • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 10 business days.

   • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exceptions

• Custom made to order items are not eligible for return or refund.

• Sale Items: Sale items are generally final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

• Damaged Items: If you received a damaged item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.
