Raw Hair Guru offers Raw Hair Custom Made & Ready-to-Ship Virgin Human Hair products.

Custom Orders: Our Raw Hair custom wigs , closure. frontal, ktip extensions, wefts, etc requires some or 100% customization, they're crafted to your specifications and typically take 7-14 business days to create & up to 21 days for special coloring or other). Do not order Raw Hair rushed from Raw Hair Guru, less you need straight or natural wavy! We consider Raw Hair as fine wine, which requires time.

• Color disclaimer: Screens can sometimes alter color appearance. We strive for accuracy, but there might be slight variations between the wig and what you see on your screen. (contact us first to discuss).

VIRGIN HAIR Ready-to-Ship: We offer All Virgin Hair products wholesale/retail, pre-made wigs , closures, frontals and bundles available for immediate dispatch following payment confirmation with our normal shipping/dispatch time 4-7 days ( 3 business days for payment processing & 4-7 shipping time within the USA.

Please note:

• Custom orders cannot be cancelled once your payment processing begins (a 50% restocking fee may apply for approved cancellations).

• Screens may alter color appearance slightly.

• Weekend and holiday processing is not available.

Domestic Shipping/Processing Times:

Virgin Hair Orders are typically processed within 3-7 biz days, however, please allow up to 21 business days for Raw Hair customization (excluding weekends and holidays) from the time of your order. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed/shipped.

***All packages require a signature or is hand delivered locally by appointment. We recommend inputting a shipping address where you know you or someone else will be available to accept the package.

• Standard Shipping: All domestic orders are shipped via USPS/FedEx with receipt confirmation , tracking/ general insurance. ( You may inform us if you would like to add additional insurance)

• General Insurance courage ( Priority Mail Express® and Priority Mail® services include up to $100 of insurance in our shipping price.

• Estimated Delivery Time: 3-5 business days after you've received your tracking.

  International Orders:

  • We currently offer international shipping, with additional payments WU/B2B/MG/Wise pay & other international secured payments, lets discuss!

  • Estimated delivery time is typically up to 7-10 business days.

  • International shipping costs Do NOT cover tariffs or import taxes imposed by your country. Please consider this before placing an order.

  • We reserve the right to use a comparable shipping method if necessary.

  • Shipping costs may vary from the rates displayed at checkout, we often share the shipping cost for retail shoppers as we understand it can be high for express shipping. Additional fees applies for wholesale large orders, we can discuss with B2B/MU/MG payments.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been approved for shipping from Raw Hair Guru in Silver Spring, MD , you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your shipment on the carrier's website within a few hours or sooner.

• We reserve the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. We recommend reviewing this policy before placing your order and certainly discuss with us if you do not understand or have questions.

• Raw Hair Guru, LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are shipped.

• We however, has never lost a package with our signature confirmation and hand delivery in 20yrs!

• We recommend using a shipping address where someone will be available to sign for the package during business hours.

• We cannot guarantee delivery dates for orders placed during peak seasons or holidays.
